Visit the support page for helpful troubleshooting and update information. If you’ve reviewed the articles on the website and your aircraft or personal ground station requires service, you can take it to your dealer or contact Yuneec Tech Support to help you diagnose the issue.
How do I get my aircraft serviced?
Contact your local Yuneec Authorised Service Centre or Yuneec UK tech support. Yuneec UK Customer Service is open Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (GMT).
How long will service take?
Service times often depend on the nature of the issue and the availability of service parts at the service location. Be sure to ask how long service will take when you discuss service with Yuneec, or when you take your aircraft to a Yuneec Authorised Service Center.
How do I check the status of my service request?
If you arranged service through Yuneec, you can check the repair status at any time. If service was arranged through a Yuneec Authorised Service Center, please contact them directly for details.
One of my accessories isn’t working. Can I order a replacement?
Most accessories that shipped with your aircraft can be replaced. Please contact your Yuneec Authorised Service Provider or contact Yuneec. Our technical support can help you diagnose the issue and order a replacement part, if necessary.
